Placing Your First Order
Placing an order with Yazmo.com is easy. There's no need to create an
account first. You will have done that once you've placed your first
order online. (We also accept orders by phone, or e-mail.)
Finding
Items
First you will
need to
browse or search
for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located
on every page of our store. You will also find links to browse lists and
more detailed product-specific searches in the left side navigation bar
of each store. When you find an item that interests you, click the title
or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find
more information about the item.
Adding Items to Your
Shopping Cart
If you want to
order an item from Yazmo.com, click the "BUY" button on the item's
product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart,
use the cart's top navigation bar or the "Continue shopping" button to
keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you
want to order. You can access the contents of your
Shopping Cart
at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon on the right side of
every page of our Web site.
Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to
review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. When
you're ready to place an order for everything in the "Shopping Cart
Items--To Buy Now" section of your cart, click the "Proceed to checkout"
button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

here outline each step of our online order
form. If at any point you encounter difficulty or receive an error
message, please
contact us.
Signing In
Enter your e-mail
address, indicate that you are a new customer, and click the "Sign in"
button. (Keep in mind that the e-mail address you provide here will be
the only e-mail address to which we can send information about
subsequent orders.)
Enter a Shipping Address
Tell us where you
would like to ship your order. If you are shipping to an APO or FPO
address your package can be shipped via the USPS priority mail service.
If you live within the continental U.S. your order can be shipped via
UPS ground. If you are shipping to a post office box, please enter the
words "PO BOX" before your box number to ensure that the order is
delivered by the U.S. Postal Service.
Provide a Password and
Method of Payment
Choose a password for your account so that when you come back to
Yazmo.com in the future, you can use the same shipping address and
method of payment you provided during this first order. You will also be
able to use your password to make changes to your order and account
information. Make sure you write your password down somewhere so that
you remember it the next time you place an order.
Next, let us know how you would like to pay for
your order. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Paypal, or a money order, or
cashier's check denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.
All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying with a credit card, enter
the number without spaces or dashes.
Review and Submit Your
Order
Check the accuracy
all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments.
When you are ready, click the Place Your Order button to submit your
order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail
message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of
shipment.
Tracking Your Order
If you would like
to review or change something about the order you placed before it
enters the shipping process, click the
Your Account
link in the top right corner of most pages on our site. Here you will be
able to change the particulars of your order without having to contact
us.

Shipping
Ordering an item from Yazmo.com? We can ship to virtually any address in
the world.
 
Yazmo.com offers a few different shipping methods. Our standard shipping
service is UPS Ground. If you live within the Continental United
States we offer FREE SHIPPING via UPS Ground (except
APO and PO addresses) .
If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico then your
order can be shipped via the USPS Priority Mail service .
All international
orders outside of the United States & Canada please request shipping
quote via email before purchasing. We are not responsible for any
additional fees incurred during international shipments.
Delivery Time
When you place an order with Yazmo.com we will usually ship the item out
the same day (if orders placed before 3 PM PST). Depending on what
location you have the item shipped to, the delivery time will vary.
Any order shipped
to the Continental United States will be shipped via UPS Ground
(except APO and PO addresses). Below is an estimated delivery time
provided by UPS. Any orders shipped outside of the area below have
varied delivery times.

Shipping costs for orders from Yazmo.com depend upon the methods and
options you choose.
Returns
Our Return Policy
All returns/exchanges must have
filled out an RMA request form located below,
prior to shipping item back to be eligible to receive a refund.
Refund Policy
We can process
returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled
by Yazmo.com. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've
received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the
same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14
business days of our receiving your return.
You can also view
completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order's summary page
in
Your Account.
If the return and refund do not appear in Your Account after 4 weeks
from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for further
assistance.
Problem with an Order?
If something is wrong with an order that is being fulfilled by
Yazmo.com, we certainly want to help you. Please read the information
below for more on how to proceed.
Did you receive
a damaged or defective item? If
the item has a damaged or defective part, contact us within 7 days of
receiving the item. Please fill out
the RMA request form below.
Did you receive the wrong item or an item you didn't order?
If the item Yazmo.com has sent is the wrong item then contact us within
7 days of receiving the item.
Please fill out the RMA request form below.
Not what you were expecting,
ordered the wrong item? If you
are not satisfied with the item that you have received please contact us
within 7 days of receiving the item. Return shipping costs cannot be
refunded. There is a 25% restocking fee for returns of this type.

yet received your order at all and think that you should have by now,
visit the relevant order summary in
Your Account.
Here you will find updated availability information, estimated delivery
dates, and even shipment tracking numbers when the carrier has made them
available.

returns/exchanges require RMA number.
We allow 7 days from
the day you receive your order to notify us
of any problems or returns that may be
needed. Once the product is received
and verified to be in saleable condition,
