Heat Resistant Beast Riley (Augusta, GA) 7/24/2012 5:30 PM Out here in GA it can get quite hot and humid. I have to be proactive and protect my makeup. I spend a lot of money on quality cosmetics and can't take the chance they melt in the heat. This kit has been a lifesaver to say the least. I can confidently leave my collection in the car in the middle of the day on the hottest day of summer and nothing will happen to it. The outer shell protects well and is even scratch resistant. My case is over one year old and looks like new. I have emailed Yazmo and asked them to make the larger rolling kits out of the same material. Let's see if they can make that happen soon.

I can honestly not tell the difference in quality, storage capacity, or size between Yazmo's and Sephoras? The main advantage to this particular style is its heat resistant exterior and price. I also think the outer material is scratch resistant. It's not only a functional kit, but very pretty and easy to travel with. I am very excited about this great buy I made.

Beats the Heat and Gets the Job Done! Copycat Cosmetics (DC Metro Area) 8/3/2010 2:10 PM I went back and forth about purchasing this train case. The heat resistance is what sold me on this case. The case is made of an acrylic that is more heat resistant than the metals on other train cases. I have all my lipsticks, glosses, paint pots and pencils in here. Anything liquid or emollient goes in here so that it is safe from the heat of my car, on set, etc. The box empty is very light. It can fit MAC palettes in it vertically and horizontally. It is tall enough to stand them up and file them in as well. It also has good tip stability! This is great for a road trip, for your own personal collection or if you pack custom products for your client then there is just enough space.
