I received this about a year ago and when it arrived, it was apparent that it incurred shipping damage(typical UPS, so when I had to order a replacement model I called and the customer service was great! They sent me a new one right away and it arrived in pristine condition. I've been using it every day since then and it still looks great, I've since upgraded to a bigger beauty kit but I gave it to my little sister who is also an aspiring makeup artist. She loves it!
